*THE RACE FOR THE VOLTA REGIONAL ORGANIZER POSITION*
Party's organization is a valuable strategy at all levels, including branch, constituency, regional and national level.
An Organizer initial efforts must focus on getting individuals to buy into the collective goals of the party at all levels.
Volta as a region must be ready to produce Organizer with a unification skills of reconciliation most especially after every NDC primaries.
Over the years,Organizers produced by the region strive harder to achieve a target but always failed in initiating outreach programs to address concerns of branches at the grassroots
The NDC reorganisation is blowing away some old executives out of the scene meaning the expectations of the party were not met
This wind of change must be a wake up call for delegates to elect individuals who have the ability to organize and lead no matter the diverse backgrounds of those involved.
The ability of the Organizer to bring individuals together on controversial issues that affect the party's fortunes in the general election.
We need an Organizer that speaks the heart and minds of party followers at all levels.
In conclusion,Volta region is NDC's bank of votes and things must be seen done differently to put the party ahead of the NDC victory in every election.
Am looking forward to electing an Organizer with an excellent vantage from which to observe local practices, beliefs and interactions that would manifest positively across our branches in particularly n constituencies as a whole
Am looking forward to electing Organizer that will be able to documents changes as they take place and assess the social and economic impacts of the party's policies to be sold to party units(branches)

CONDUCT FREE,FAIR AND CREDIBLE BRANCH ELECTIONS,DIPLOMATIC WARNS
*TRANSPARENT BRANCH ELECTION,THE SUREST VICTORY IN 2020*
Conducting free, fair, credible and transparent branch election might build a strong grassroots base for our victory in 2020.
The opposite might put us into permanent opposition.Let not have unnecessary influence in our branch election to save the party in 2020.
As part of the reorganisation process of the great NDC party,14th -30th is scheduled for branch election across all branches in the ten(10) administrative regions.
This exercise must be seen as the first stage of the NDC victory in 2020
Electing of credible, transparent, hardwork, selfless leadership of branch executives is the way to go. Its been always alleged that, the top hierachy of every outstanding political party of good standing of which NDC is not exempted, have always influence those at the bottoms to safeguard their subsequent parochial interest.
This has always led to discrepancies at the branch election polls and eventually breeding hatred, disunity at the very base of the party
This petty interest of individuals must be avoided so as to save the larger party's interest towards 2020 victory.
The power of the people must be given back to the grassroots if and only if NDC wants to win the 2020 election.
As the grassroots advocates, grievous mistakes in the past must not be repeated in the present.
The NDC party must not forget of its basic principles of Probity,Integrity,Accountability,Transparency and Social Justice.
If NDC is not attractive to you and i today,is because our leaders have thrown the core principles to the dogs.
The branch election must be seen to rejuvenate the sleeping spirits of the grassroots
We owe the grassroots and branch executives the greatest respect because they are the first point of contacts per the structure of the party
The NDC leadership over decades have looked mere upon the grassroots just because they are not been recognised.Thank God the Power is been given back to the grassroots.
In conclusion,i urge all delegates at our branches to select leadership that would not sell their votes in electing credible constituency officers into offices which might also have a direct effect on the regional officers to be elect and subsequently national.

THE ANALOGY OF OBINIM'S STICKER IN FULFILLING THE NPP'S NUMEROUS PROMISES
President Mahama after all was right to have said that,''Nana Addo needs Obinim's sticker to perform''.
JM made that statement in a metarphorical language
If Obinim's sticker is performing magic of healing and surprises within a twinkle of an then, then for Nana to also fulfill all his elephant promises, then he needs similar magic sticker of Obinim
This goes to emphasis the gravity of their unfulfilling promises
Nana and the NPP must prepare for accountability in 2020 as they forcefully throw dust into the eyes of Ghanaians by promising what they cannot do.
Ghana's politics is taking a different dimensions as political parties are poised to campaign on false/untrue promises.
A typical political party of the sort is the New Patriotic Party(NPP).This political party crafted it's campaign messages and promises in sugar coated words as if they knew what governance was about.
The NPP were determined to win the 2016 election irrespective of telling the truth or not. It's now crystal clear that, the NPP and the elephant threw dust into the eyes of Ghanaians and the general public
Most of their promises made were not easily achievable amongst which are
1.One district,One factory
2.One district,$1million
3.Abolishmemt of 17.5% tax on domestic airlines tickets
4.Reduction in cooperate tax from 25% to 20%
5.Issuance of National ID card with the first year
6.Restoration of nurses and teachers allowance
The above are just a proportions of the numerous campaign promises and pledges made to the good people of this country.
Is also interesting to note that, the above promises are yet to be executed and the few ones tried are still struggling to stand the test of time
The NPP and the elephants are now confused as the mandate term is gradually deteriorating leading to a failure.
Though Ghanaians voted to experience a change in governance but have now regretted that, wisdom and knowledge are not always found in the head of aged.
The alternative Government the people of this country would have wished to champion affairs in 2020 is the NDC government.
The NDC believe that, freedom thrives only in the a society where the existing gab between rich and the poor has considerably narrowed
This party has prepared a vision 2020 policy framework that provided content and direction of the party's social democratic transformation agenda
Unfortunately, the party lost to the underdog as they also failed to brand their campaign messages like the then NPP in opposition and the selfish nature of some party executives
In conclusion, the NDC must ensure effective leadership across levels.
Leadership free from wickedness,greediness,backbiting,betrayal etc.
Leadership that won't hoard campaign materials meant for the grassroots, leadership that won't serve their families and girlfriends
Leadership that would uphold the supreme interest of the party
