The NDC as a party must be responsible to elect credible leadership across all levels,thus branch,constituency,regionals and national
For the sake of the reorganization,my emphasis shall be limited to regional executives to be elected
Our constituencies play vital roles during elections which must be complimented by the supervisory roles of the regional executives
Electing credible regional executives is an antidote to a surest victory in 2020.
Regional executives must uphold the principles of accountability,probity,fairness,impartiality,justice etc
The lost of NDC in 2016 election per the report acknowledged the gab created between the party and it's grassroots
This assertion is not far from the truth and credible leadership would ensure a reconnection of the party to the grassroots
Regional executives must be ready to listen to the grievances of their constituencies since that is their basic unit of survival as a party
Wicked executives who might have shown their inner colours in the course of discharging party's activities must all be voted out
