Teaching we all know is the a system of actions and interactions empoyed by a teacher to facilitate learning

Every teacher who enters a classroom or other teaching situation has a philosophical frame work that guides his/her practice.The teacher uses methods of teaching that always reflect his or her values and beliefs
The teacher is to groom learners to reach their optimal levels of development,utilizing curriculum and teaching strategies that are cognitively challenging.

1MONTH AND 2 WEEKS OF SUCCESSFUL TEACHING PRACTICE

Teachers are reflective decision -makers who facilitate student learning.To become a teacher requires strong preparation in subject matter knowledge,the development of pedagogical skills,right disposition and the acquisition of the ability to make good judgement in Practice

Today marks exactly 1 month and 2 weeks of a successful practice for level 300 VVUSA students who started their practice earlier this year.The teaching practice is to ensures a Teacher self-Appraisal which emphasis the importance of thoughtful analysis and continual revision of effective approaches to teaching and learning. Congratulations to you all

The competent teacher is characterized by habits of mind that emphasis critical thinking,experimentation and openness to change

Let me thank u all for your spirit of hardwork as we continue with our Teaching Practice in our various Schools
