Philosophy is what one perceives teaching to be and how he/she thinks learners acquire knowledge or how he\she feels learning occurs.
Teaching we all know is the a system of actions and interactions empoyed by a teacher to facilitate learning
Every teacher who enters a classroom or other teaching situation has a philosophical frame work that guides his/her practice.The teacher uses methods of teaching that always reflect his or her values and beliefs
The teacher is to groom learners to reach their optimal levels of development,utilizing curriculum and teaching strategies that are cognitively challenging.
