*HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO PRESIDENT JOHN MAHAMA*
Good morning Comrades.
It's much joy and happiness i wish the former president JDM a happy birthday.
You have served the country with humility that left a legacy of infrastructure across the corners of the country.
Ghanaians are now comparing your leadership to that of the present government of which they have regretted.
Some section of Ghanaians would have wished you take charge of the affairs of the country today.
As you celebrate your birthday today,I wish you and your entire family the best of Allah's blessings, protection and guidance.
It's my prayer he continues to make you the icon of modern Ghana's infrastructure.
Wish u a happy birthday

Working Visit of Dr Bernice Adiku Heloo, MP for Hohoe Constituency
*WORKING VISIT OF DR. BERNICE ADIKU HELOO; MP- HOHOE CONSTITUENCY*
Hon. Bernice Adiku Heloo, the MP of Hohoe paid a working visit to her constituency over the weekend, 9th of November, 2018.
Her visit took her to Alavanyo Deme Dzogbedzi basic school where she supported the queen mother, Mama Awanyo I who handed over 55 dual desks to the school and appealed for funds to improve the infrastructure in the school.
In a short speech by the MP, she recounted some developmental projects she helped to bring to the area, e.g. a six unit classroom block at Agome.
She promised to continue with her effort to provide a lasting peace and avert any further deaths as a result of the conflict in the area.
MP as a mother and a role model, adviced the pupils to take their studies seriously and ask the girls to avoid relationships that will only mislead them and focus on their goals in life.
The MP as part of her support, gave out of her benevolence two sets of desktop computers and fifty 50 story books for the school library. She also contributed one thousand Ghana cedis on behalf of the Hohoe constituency NDC to support the putting in place the needed infrastructure for the school.
She thanked the teachers for their dedication and encouraged them to do even more for the disadvantaged children.
On Saturday, 10th of November, 2018, the MP organized a training workshop for a cross section of her constituents on how to cultivate taro and how to market it.
She gave out over fifteen 15 seedlings of taro to each participant to go and cultivate. She promised to continue the technical support to the farmers.
This is one of the MP'S continues interventions to alleviate poverty among the youth, venerable and the marginalized.
In light of this, she has trained people in Snell rearing, poultry farming and how to produce charcoal from bamboo. These efforts are generating and evidently transforming the lives of people who went through the training.
The participants were very happy and promised to do all they need to do and make the initiative a successful and lasting business.

Suspension of Eastern Regional EOCO Director is Wicked and Misplaced
6th November, 2018
*Suspension of Eastern Regional Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) Director is wicked and an attack on the fight against corruption.*
I have noted with dismay and total disappointment the unjust suspension of the Eastern Regional Director of EOCO, Fred Dzeny for advising Nana Addo led NPP government on corruption.
He was reported to have advised government that “The ruling government should be ready first and foremost to prosecute their own when the slightest incident of corruption is raised against the ruling government then they can also get the guts to prosecute the opposition…..When you look at the corruption cases in Ghana, it is not just politicians who are corrupt, the public servants, civil servants they are all corrupt. When you look at it, it is the Chief Directors who prepare contract documents and other things so if we are blaming the Politicians, it is not right, it is the public servants generally”
I find it quite strange and unacceptable that an organisation whose mandate is to fight corruption in Ghana would suspend one of its top officials for expressing his candid opinion on corruption. What seriously beats my imagination and of course majority of Ghanaians is the position taken by the Executive Director of EOCO, ACP K.K Amoah (Rtd.) that Fred Dzeny has breached his professional ethics. So it means ACP K.K Amoah (Rtd.) after all does not believe that corrupt officials should be punished? If that is his position then he is not fit to occupy that office because the fight against corruption is not meant for weak and timid people like him.
The suspension of the Eastern Regional EOCO Director is wicked, unwarranted, an attack on the fight against corruption and smacks of intolerance to the highest order.
As a citizen who refuses to be a spectator, I am by this statement calling on the President of the Republic, H.E Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo to as a matter of urgency sack the embattle Executive Director of EOCO, ACP K.K Amoah (Rtd.) for he is not fully committed to the fight against corruption.
The unjust suspension of Fred Dzeny must be reversed immediately to reaffirm government’s commitment to the fight against corruption.
