The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is a party borned out of  capitalism.

It is even believed that, the party places money and material things above the lives of their members. That is the main reason why they can kill for power,
 that is the main reason why Ghanaians are now scared of them.

The recent Oti Regional elections of the NPP  characterized votes buying was not the first of it's kind as series of examples can be alluded to in terms of NPP votes buying.

Similar vote buying took place during their last National Delegates Conference held in Koforidua where Hon.Freddie Blay blew over $ 11 million on 275 buses.

Those buses bought for  each of the 275 Constituencies secured him a win as the National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The awkward Campaign method used by the then acting Chairman Blay was condemed by all as many believed that, *Competence* and *loyalty* should have been the criteria to elect leadership for a party like the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The NPP believes in moneycracy and what happened last week Saturday at their Oti Regional Elections was not the first.

In conclusion,
the NPP has come to introduce money into Ghanaian politics and is not surprising that, the recent election in the Oti Regional Capital Dambai, was not  different from their previous vote buying elections.

Contemporary politics in the world today is taking shape successfully following the participation of young, promising and talented politicians across the globe.

I have not regretted joining the NDC a bit. The NDC fraternity is known for her quest to harness youthful potentials to take up responsible roles for the party in the near future and this undoubtedly continue to make the party attractive to youth all over Ghana.

No wonder the NDC in 2008 rode grandly on the output of young ones like  Hon. Samuel Okudjeto, Hon. Felix Ofosu Kwakye, Hon. Haruna Idrisu, Hon. Fiifi Kwetey, Hon. Victoria Hammah and many others in collaboration with the matured experienced ones to win power back in 2008 when  all hopes were lost. Today, those young energetic characters with the inclusion of new young ones and Comrade *Mubarak Karim (Diplomatic)* having  collaboration from the matured experience ones have again activated that level of motivation with the party at heart without inducement working tirelessly to see NDC bounce back to power.

Mind you, Emmanuel Macron of France, Jury Ratas of Estonia, Jacinda Arden of New Zealand including our own H.E. John Mahama proves many wrong when they took the helm  of affairs of their respective economies because the world  believes in them.

It has come to the notice of Team Diplomatic that,some two stakeholders within the  region have attempted to fix their own persons into prospective position at the pending Oti Regional Executives Election.

This is a calculated attempt to abuse the right of party members especially the delegates in order to exercise their franchise towards the Oti Regional Executives Election.

We have also learnt that, Krachi East Constituency secretary has been given a position on that permutation list as Communication Officer.

Mr Edem is a  Constituency secretary of Krachi East who has declared his intent to contest as Oti Regional Secretary and not Communication Officer.

This clearly shows how some stakeholders have started manipulating the process leading to the selection of competent leaders into various offices in the Oti Regional Election (pending)

Deficiencies in the NPP's Economic Management Team

*Chairman of the *EMT is a disgrace to Humanity*

The NPP campaigned in poetry and now governing in prose.

It's so fascinating to see the Vice President,Dr Mahamudu Bawumia making mockery of Ghanaians by playing with the Economic Stability of the country.

The Bawumia initiative of One District, One Factory,One Village,One Dam and 1$million Dollars per every Constituency became the catchy promises of the NPP Government.

Bawumia disgracefully told Ghanaians that, they have a better Economic Management Team that is capable of Changing water into Wine.

Unfortunately,the external factors are now exposing him granted that the fundamentals of the economy are still strong.
For a vice president to play rhetorics whiles in opposition and now stuck with realities,has made him the most useless Vice president ever in the 4th Republic.

Ghanaians have lost trust in the management of the  Economy simply because the exchange rate has skyrocketed.

The hard truth was laid bare to Ghanaians as more and more of the external debt was only consumed by the family and  friends Government.

In 2008,the actuals was $750 US million dollars and only  $119 US million dollars was spent on Capital,the rest $ 631 US million dollars was spent on family and friends as consumption.

In 2019-projected 2billion US  dollars Euroband is   expected of which $390 US dollars is to be spent on Capital and whopping $1.61 US billion dollars to be spent on family and friends as Consumption.

Total expected  Euroband is to hit #2.75 US billion dollars of which $509US million dollars shall be spent on Capital and $2.241 US billion dollars to spent on family and friends as consumption.

The above data clearly exposes the  Economic Management Team of the NPP as the most deficiency team that only raises Eurobond for consumption.

In conclusion,the public purse is bleeding profusely because the Economic Management Team are only good at borrowing for consumption though the Vice president in opposition alluded that Money is in Ghana and borrowing is a lazy man's approach.

The Expensive Rhetoric Call RTI Bill

*Cost of RTI Bill is a Waste of Public Purse*

The NPP promised to protect the public purse but now doing the opposite.

The RTI which is a fundamental human right guaranteed by the country's 1992 constitution and recognized as a right under International Conventions on Human Rights was passed peacefully.

The estimated cost of 750million is nothing but an attempt to waste public purse.

The bill as drafted to  give the right to information subject to such qualifications and laws as are necessary for a democatic society like Ghana.

The bill passage will give right to citizens to further probe into dubious corruption scandals by the NPP and make information available for the special prosecutor Martin Amidu to start his work

The Victory of the NDC is coming as the NDC leadership is demonstrating their readiness to work for power in 2020.

From my observation as a constituency executive,am of the conviction that,the national executives led by able Chairman Ampofo are extremely working hard towards 2020 Victory.

As the constituencies and their branches are relentlessly working hard for 2020 victory, their effort must be complimented by the regional and national executives.

Ghanaians have so far regretted voting for the NPP Government and the better alternative is the biggest opposition NDC

I want to reiterate that,the national Chairman of the NDC party has so far demonstrated his ability to bring every individual on board towards 2020 victory.

The just ended presidential primaries is a classical example of his gifted role of uniting the rank and file of the party.

WOES OF A FALLING CEDI

Is no more interesting to see the Ghanaian Cedi deteriorating at the fastest rate on daily basis.
It was in this country that,the current vice president told the entire Ghanaian population that,the NDC Government had no better economic management team and that had resulted in the depreciated Cedi.

If today the rate of a dollar *($1)*is equivalent* to *Ghc5.85*,then the economic team of the vice president of which he is the Chairman has failed Ghanaians.

Those days the flagbearer of the NPP,Nana Akuffo Addo also tweeted on 4th June 2016 and said *the current depreciation of the Cedi against the dollar is as a result of bad leadership and that,we cannot buy a dollar for 3.72 and for that matter change is needed*
He who pelt one with pebbles asked for rocks in return.
Today,the ratio of US Dollar to Ghanaian Cedi is *$1: 5.85* and i think is also prudent to say that,both the boastful Economic team of Bawumia and that of the president have equally failed Ghanaians and therefore change is needed now.

The bad leadership exhibited by the president and the Economic Management team are the worst crop of leadership Ghana would have experienced.

Prices of goods and services are skyrocketing both at the local and in the international market turning the depreciated Ghanaian Cedi to a laughing stock.

The finance minister,Mr Ken Ofori Atta told journalist of their expectations to stabilize the currency in 2 weeks time because some inflows of foreign exchange is expected to enter into the country soon.This comment by the finance minister shows the hypocrisy exhibited in a broad daylight by his own Government then in opposition.

The Bank of Ghana's interbank exchange as at February 1,shows the Cedi had depreciated by 2.6% against the US dollar compared to the 0.1% appreciation in the same period last year.

The Government of the day only succeeded in deceving Ghanaians into believing that,they have the antidote to all the problems confronting the Ghanaian Economy.

Infact,NPP Government led by Nana Akuffo Addo and Bawumia have made our industries less efficient since the Cedi has never been stable in order to improve the competitiveness of Ghanaian industry upon assumption of office in 2017.
