*GHANA AND GHANAIANS AT RISK AS THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE NPP KEEP COMING*

Ghanaians have regretted to have voted for incompetence.Every single Ghanaian can now tell and predict the predicament of the US and Ghana millitary base agreement.

The most unfortunate aspect has to do with the level of secrecy the majority intended to handle this issue

God is not a Yoruba man to allow the national sovereignty to be jeopardized.The NPP Government has woefully failed Ghanaians right  from the day of the inaugural ceremony of the incompetence president till this time

Ghana was freed from external oppressors since 1957 and we have proven beyond odds that,we are capable of managing our own affairs.
It must be born in mind that,the independence of Ghana is meaningless unless we are exempted from foreign aid


It's a sad day for mother Ghana as the incompetent NPP is selling Ghana worth $20million to the US

The civil society,the Catholic Bishops Conference,Media must rise up and speak to issues that directly affect us as Ghanaians.

The NDC minority is leading a crusade of protecting the Ghana's territories and every one must join hand to support it.

The minority walking out of parliament yesterday is a sign of showing disappointment in the way and manner the NPP has governed our beloved country Ghana

It's now clear to predict the future of this country as the NPP is determined to leave no stone unturned in making this country ungovernable.

The Nkwanta South NDC chairman yesterday promised to present jerseys and some football to the Community Day School built by the NDC government.

God so good enough,today the chairman has presented the said items to the school

He told the school authorities to pray for the NDC government to come back to power so they can continue building the better Ghana.



He stressed that though in opposition,but when NDC promised,they deliver unlike the incompetence NPP Government

They thanked him for making his promised a reality

It's an undeniable fact that,the NDC and Mahama led administration have the unprecedented infrastructure records ever in Ghana's history.It could be recalled that,the NDC and Mahama led administration left no stone unturned when it comes to the cutting of sod and commissioning of monumental projects.

Amongst the heavy projects commissioned was the Nkwanta South Community Day Technical School.The school was commissioned by the former president His Excellency John Dramani Mahama.This school has so far determined to showcase its credentials to the general public by aiming at the best always.
Recently was the upper north inter school competition held in Krachi East (Dambia) where the Nkwanta Community Day School emerged as the only school which took 3 trophies in the most competitive event.

Today,the member of parliament for Nkwanta South Municipal,Hon.Geoffrey Kini paid a courtesy call on the school in order to congratulate them for their outstanding achievements.There was briefing from the headmaster,Mr S K H Avevor .He told the party leadership how determined they are to make the municipality proud.He also reiterates the support the member of parliament has given them most especially when in difficulties and also encourage the MP to continue with his good works for the people of the municipality.

He put across some challenges of the school to the party leadership.


The legislator for Nkwanta South donated some set of jerseys and 2 footballs to the school and encouraged them to go beyond the sky.

The headmaster and his staff who were full of joy today,gladly thank the party leadership for their visit and pray for more glory to come to their school

THE BIRTH OF A MUNICIPALITY OUT OF NKWANTA SOUH DISTRICT

Nkwanta South District has seen a rebirth of it's name from district to a municipality as  inaugurated by the deputy regional minister,honorable Maxwell Blagodzi.

Nkwanta South is one of the eighteen districts in the Volta Region. The Nkwanta South came into being with the division of the former Nkwanta district into the South and North in 2009.
The former was curved from the Kete-Krachi District in 1989. The district capital is Nkwanta

Nkwanta South is one of the constituencies represented in the Parliament of Ghana. It elects one Member of Parliament by the first past the post system of election. Nkwanta South is located in the Nkwanta district of the Volta Region of Ghana.

The major towns in the district are loaded to the natural Electricity Grid.
It is hoped the rural Electrification program will soon reach all the other communities.

It would be recalled that,on 15th of March 2018,the name of Nkwanta south district has metarmophose to Nkwanta Municipal amidst joy and excitement from the opinion leaders,traditional leaders,chiefs and elders,market women,farmers etc.

It's the hope of the people that,there would be accelerated development within the four corners of the municipality

The legislative instrument and processes were taken into consideration before the final inaugural ceremony at the Assembly Hall under the auspices of the deputy regional minister .The chairman of the occasion was Mr Sewurah,a former head master of the Nkwanta Senior High

SOCIAL DEMOCRACY AND RESHAPING FUTURE SOCIETY

KNOWING MUCH ABOUT YOUR PARTY NDC IS A LICENSE TO OUR VICTORY IN 2020

I always insist on the NDC party making the GISD Party school accessible to all,most especially to the grassroots members

We are proud NDC members but know little about the social democracy

The answer to a question on the survival of the social democratic system of social and political change in Africa is the affirmative. A number of factors point to that.
The first and foremost is the failure of neoliberal policy prescriptions to dissolve poverty in post-colonial Africa

Secondly,the weaknesses of laissez fair capitalism
Thirdly,promotion of inclusive development and lastly the enduring dream of African leaders to achieve self sufficiently


Also,at the end of the 1990s marked the beginning of new development paradigms that shifted emphasis from rigid adherence to the neoliberal approach represented by what Rodrik referred to as the Washington Consensus on Economic Growth

The neo-liberalists argued that if government was made the driver of economic development,it was more likely to make things worse than better and that the liquidation of poverty would occur once growth has been achieved.There was an input implicit assumptions that the basket of policies that constituted the Washington Consensus held the promise of developing countries transitioning into middle income countries at the least within a few years of adoption

In conclusion,i suggest a GISD party  school lectures across all constituencies so all grassroots members irrespective of their colour,tribe,language and ethnicity, to know much about the party they so belong

GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES FOR AUDITING THE REGISTERS

NEXT PROGRAMME FOR NDC REGISTRATION EXERCISE

1st March-15th March   -    Auditing of Registers

MODALITIES FOR AUDITING

The auditing will be in the nature of financial audit and human audit.

There will be at least four Audit teams per constituency, of 4 persons, comprising members of the constituency Executive Committee and the Constituency Elections Directorate to undertake the auditing.

The auditing shall be carried out at the Branch meeting place.

Branch auditing should be done within 14 days

The branches to be audited each day would be given prior notice in order to enable them prepare and also make the register available for the purpose.

The auditing at the branch shall be jointly carried out by the teams and the branch executives

Petitions, if any, shall be considered by the team and a determination made thereof. Where there are challenges beyond the committee, they should be referred to the constituencies for further actions.

The team shall check whether the registered names have been successfully uploaded on the platform. If it has not been done, then the team should ensure that it is done.

After the completion of the auditing of a branch, a green line shall be drawn under the last name in the register to signify the register as final until the next registration. The team leader must endorse and authenticate the last name in the register to signify as final until the next registration.

The registers will then be carried to the constituency centre for safe custody, and further processing.

Audit team should submit a report.  

FINANCIAL AUDITING

The team shall inspect the register to ascertain the number of people who registered and paid their subscription fee and compare the figures with the amount of money collected.

Where there is a short fall, the registration officials shall make good the short fall. Where it is the case that the particular persons have failed/refused to pay, those persons are not qualified to vote or be voted for.

All outstanding monies shall be collected by the team and the monies accounted to the Constituency Director of Elections/Treasurer for onward payment into the dedicated account of the party.

HUMAN AUDITING

Where petitions have been filed, either for inclusion of names or deletion of the names of people who are not qualified to be on the register, the team shall make a determinant of such matters and report to the Constituency Executive Committee.
Where the team fails to make a determination, the matter shall be referred to the Constituency Executive Committee for further determination.

NB: National Executives will join the Regional Executives to supervise the exercise

NKWANTA SOUTH NDC REGISTRATION EXERCISE IN THE COMFORTABLE LEAD

*NKWANTA SOUTH NDC MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED*

Ladies and gentlemen of the press,Nkwanta south constituency has assumed a leading role in the recent NDC branch registration across the 100+ branches .

It's amazing to see volunteers taking up the registration  exercise as if they were promised billion of dollars

I must say for a fact that,the grassroots have maintained the love they have for the party and hence their readiness to serve the party irrespective of any benefits.


Am unable to give you a specific number of membership registered so far,but am confident the Nkwanta south constituency is in the comfortable lead.


The stakeholders have played their part to secure more registration cards as compared to the limited number of membership cards allocated to each of the constituencies.

The member of parliament for Nkwanta south Hon.Kini Geoffrey also deserves the commendation for making sure unlimited number of cards are brought for the registration to continue.

Though,the registration exercise had ended on Wednesday officially,the seeming enthusiasm with which NDC members have travelled down for the membership registration is an eye-sore.

In conclusion,i plead with the NDC leadership across the length and breadth of the party at all level to ensure an effective auditing of the register as the next stage.

2 YEARS OF SECURITY INSTABILITY IN GHANA UNDER NPP GOVERNMENT

*TWO YEARS OF THE INSECURITY NPP GOVERNMENT*

He who pelts one with pebbles asked for rocks in return.

The NDC Government now in opposition placed the security of the country as it's topmost priority on the scale of preference but the opposite is what the NPP Government has done.

Ghanaians are not only complaining of the economic hardship bedevilled the country by this incompetent NPP Government but are deeply worried about the highest level of the security instability seen in our Homes,Banks,Markets,Farms to mention but a few.


The recent report from the Kofi Annan Peace Keeping centre revealed that,the crime rate has increased to 60% just within 2017.

We have had leading members of the NPP making pronouncement on media about how the invincible forces were contracted  to work for the party especially during 2016 election.

These forces and their leaders were given terms and conditions of service but unfortunately their pay masters have failed them.
These forces have metarmophosed into armed robbers.

The insecurity of our dear Nation is now alarming and the citizenry is now leaving in fears.

The National Peace Council should be seen as a proactive state institutions that could address the insecurity state we found ourselves as a County.

I suggest the chief in commander of the Ghana Armed Forces comes out openly to step down immediately and allow the military to take charge of the country so as to ensure the peaceful state of the country devoid of insecurity as we are witnessing.
